ner360 collects personal details necessary to fulfill your orders, including your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Phone Number, and service-specific information (such as NIN numbers, social media links, or business registration details).
2. Use of Information
Your information is used strictly to process your transaction, send order receipts, and deliver codes or document updates via WhatsApp/Email. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.
3. Document Confidentiality
All identity documents uploaded for government filings (CAC business registrations, NIN modifications, or Police Clearance certificates) are processed confidentially under Nigerian Data Protection Regulations (NDPR).
4. Security
Payment transactions are processed over SSL encrypted connections via Paystack. We do not store financial card credentials on our servers.
